I'm Back!

Hello Everyone.
Sorry I have been away from my blog for a while.

Here's what I have been up to since my last blog entry...
September was the specacular Las Vegas IT&LY Hairfashion show extravaganza at the Hard Rock Hotel. Fabulous hair and lots of fun. As always it is such a pleasure and honour to work with the IT&LY Hairfashion team.
After the show we had more great Artisans on Tour shows in various places in the country.

I finally got to relax a little over the holidays and found a great hotel not far from home in Redondo Beach called the Portofino Inn, if you ever get a chance go stay there, it is surreal!

In preparation for the Oscars I had the honour of doing hair for Natalie Gal and for Ernest Harden Jr who was filming the new Clint Eastwood movie with Leonardo DiCaprio about J Edgar Hoover.
Now I am gearing up for this years Artisans on Tour with IT&LY Hairfashion. 2011 is going to be a great year.

Photo Shoot with Laura Soares

Hello All
Just finished a great photo shoot today with Brazilain model and swimwear designer Laura Soares. Check out her website www.laurasoares.com . It was a pleasure to work with professional people today, including her photographer Bruno and make up artist Charlie.
The photos will be spectacular and will post one when I get them.
Saturday I am off to Pittsburg, Pennsylvania for an It&ly Hairfashion Academy. Looking forward to seeing all the talented people I have the honour of working with and looking forward to working with the ever talented Betsy Reyes.
Toronto, Canada is next for 1 week. A little work and a little R&R.

Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands

Hey All

So here I am at my home away from home...Grand Cayman. Busy working this week. Had the pleasure and honor to participate in the wedding of Fatemeh and Colin at the Ritz yesterday. Will post pics on my website as soon as Rebecca Davidson, photographer extrodinare emails me some.

My life is always an adventure and I have the most interesting and incredible friends! Had the pleasure to be invited to an event to the Govenor's house, and had a wonderful evening visiting with old and new friends.

Next week I am off to Canada....then back home.

Norfolk Virginia-June 12-14

Hello All

So another great weekend with the fantastic Artistic/Show team from It&ly Hairfashion.
Great hair colours and styles. It was great working with Betsy, Russell, Mark, Gary and Raffaele.
I am always amazed at the talent all in one room and that we all work together so well.
Looking forward to the next show!

Now I am in Memphis until Saturday spending time with my adopted family the Del Guidice's. It is always like I am home when I am here. Gina arrives tomorrow night and can't wait to have a bunch of laughs.

Pittsburg and Grand Cayman

Well it has been a whirlwind 10 days! It was great to be at the Head Office of Italy Hairfashion and work with such amazing talent. Once again I got to work with Betsy Reyes, and got to meet Russell Latham, both are amazingly talented hairstylists.
Now I am in Grand Cayman, my home away from home. It is always great to come here and reconnect with good friends. My work here is always enjoyable.
